Spring is in the air...or is it?

After such a long hard winter even we feel it is time for some new exciting recipes! and the first step has been taken with the discovery of a fantastic supply of mutton through Leyburn auction mart, sourced from small farms in the Yorkshire Dales, all our exisiting lamb dishes will now be made from this delicious mutton and our chef is hard at work coming up with some lovely ideas for the rare breed pork we are now buying from a local butcher.

March Hare Foods continue to be a real treat, consistently high quality meals,freezer to table in less than 10 minutes via the microwave! have a night off from the cooker and induge yourself with a true "convenience" ready meal and a glass of wine!
