Is spring sprung...?

Hopefully this lovely spring weather is now here to stay! We feel as if we have come out of a long dark tunnel, but at least we have two fabulous new beef dishes now added to the range, both of which work well as a lighter meal with some lovely fresh green vegetables.Meanwhile, both our fish dishes or the wonderful mushroom and spinach lasagne might prove a tasty alternative. delicious with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc!
Hoping very much to add a pork or chicken dish to our range in the near future.
