Is spring sprung...?

Hopefully this lovely spring weather is now here to stay! We feel as if we have come out of a long dark tunnel, but at least we have two fabulous new beef dishes now added to the range, both of which work well as a lighter meal with some lovely fresh green vegetables.
Meanwhile, both our fish dishes or the wonderful mushroom and spinach lasagne might prove a tasty alternative. delicious with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc!
Hoping very much to add a pork or chicken dish to our range in the near future.
And finally for those of you holidaying in the UK this summer, why not have a box of March Hare delivered to your holiday cottage, take the strain out of self catering! and of course multi portion trays can also be ordered in advance, (2 weeks notice required) delivery all over the country.
